Order details
Product, customisation, quantity, currency, destination, shipping and total are shown in the order summary. The intended currency is TRY for Türkiye and EUR abroad; the amount and currency actually shown at payment are binding.
Payment
Payment is handled by iyzico. Production begins when payment plus one fitting video, five photographs and requested measurements have all been received.
Production and delivery
Target production is 5–8 business days after payment and fitting materials are complete. Türkiye deliveries use Yurtiçi Kargo; international delivery uses destination partners. Transit and customs time are separate. Risk remains with GfY until delivery where the disclosed carrier is used.
Import VAT, duties and customs
Unless checkout expressly includes them, import VAT, customs duty, clearance and local charges are paid by the recipient. Where VAT is collected under IOSS for an eligible EU order, it is shown separately before payment. Other destination charges may still arise unless expressly included in the order summary.
Tax status and order record
The seller operates under the Turkish GVK 9/1-10 artisan tax exemption. Under this exemption, the seller does not issue an invoice or e-Archive invoice and does not add Turkish VAT separately to the sale price. The order summary and payment record supplied to the customer describe the transaction but are not tax invoices. Documents required for carriage or customs may be prepared separately.
Bespoke-goods exception
All products are made to the customer's measurements, media, form and personal needs, so the bespoke-goods exception to ordinary 14-day withdrawal applies where permitted. Mandatory rights for defective, incorrect or damaged goods remain unaffected.
Requests and disputes
Cancellation, withdrawal, return and complaints can be sent to info@gfyshoulderrest.com. Mandatory remedies and courts available in the consumer's country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
