Parties and formation
Seller details appear above; buyer, bespoke specification, currency, price and delivery details appear in the order summary. The contract is formed after the buyer reviews the documents, activates the payment-obligation button and payment succeeds.
Subject
Bespoke manufacture from one fitting video, five photographs, measurements and instrument setup, followed by delivery of the selected GfY product.
Price and payment
The intended currency is TRY for Türkiye and EUR abroad. The checkout currency and total are binding. Destination taxes and charges are payable by the recipient unless expressly included. Payment is handled by iyzico.
Production and delivery
Production begins after both payment and complete fitting materials and targets 5–8 business days. Türkiye shipments use Yurtiçi Kargo; international shipments use destination partners. Customs time is excluded.
Withdrawal exception
Because every product is made to the buyer's measurements, images, form and personal needs, ordinary 14-day withdrawal does not apply where the bespoke exception is valid. Non-excludable local protections and defective-goods rights remain unaffected.
Fit support and defects
One complimentary fit intervention—revision or a second design—is offered under the commercial fit commitment; the customer bears voluntary-support transport costs. For a defective, incorrect or damaged product, statutory repair, replacement, reduction or termination rights and required costs remain with the seller as the law requires.
Governing law and remedies
Subject to conflict-of-law rules, this agreement is governed by Turkish law. This choice does not deprive an EU/EEA, UK or other consumer of mandatory protections that cannot be excluded under the law of their habitual residence. The consumer's right to use locally competent authorities and courts remains unaffected.
