Cancellation before production
Email the order number promptly. Production starts once payment and all fitting materials arrive; ordinary cancellation is not accepted after that point, subject to mandatory law.
Bespoke withdrawal exception
Every product is made from customer measurements, one video, five photographs and personal requirements. Ordinary 14-day withdrawal therefore does not apply where the bespoke exception is valid; broader mandatory local rights remain unaffected.
Fit support
The original adult user receives consultation during the product's service life and one complimentary revision or second design. For children, support lasts while production measurements remain materially unchanged. Voluntary-support shipping and customs are paid by the customer; user damage is excluded and may receive a discounted solution.
Defective, incorrect or damaged goods
Report the issue with order and packaging photographs. Mandatory repair, replacement, price reduction or termination rights remain available, and required return or remedy costs are not charged to the consumer.
