Scope

This policy applies to visitors and customers of GfY Hold Solutions (GfY), operated by Recep Gökhan Fındıkoğlu in Türkiye. Card details are handled by iyzico and do not enter GfY systems.

Information categories

Identity, contact and delivery details.
Product, customisation, amount, destination, payment outcome and order status.
One fitting video, five photographs, instrument setup and measurements required for bespoke production.
Support, fit-adjustment, defect and complaint correspondence.
IP address, timestamps, security logs and essential browser preferences.

Do not send medical history, diagnoses or treatment documents. Media is not used for biometric identification. A parent or legal guardian must submit media relating to a minor.

Purposes

Form and perform the order, make the bespoke product and deliver it.
Review fitting media and provide one complimentary fit intervention.
Maintain required records and handle defective-goods claims or disputes.
Secure the service and prevent abuse.

GfY does not use customer media for public references, advertising or social media and currently sends no marketing campaigns.

Providers and international transfers

Data may be disclosed only as necessary to iyzico, Yurtiçi Kargo and destination logistics partners, Vercel for hosting, Neon for the order database, Resend for transactional email and competent authorities where required. Routine access to fitting media is limited to the GfY owner.

Transfers to overseas technical providers are limited to data necessary to provide the service and are subject to the applicable rules and safeguards under Article 9 of the KVKK. GDPR or UK GDPR may also apply to customers actively targeted in those territories.

Retention and security

Order, support and fitting files are normally retained for up to five years from delivery or the last transaction. They are kept longer only where a legal duty or live dispute requires it, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Customer media is never published.

In addition to KVKK rights, access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and supervisory-authority complaint rights apply where GDPR or UK GDPR governs the processing.
