Production
Production starts after payment and one video, five photographs and requested measurements are complete. Target preparation is 5–8 business days.
Carrier and tracking
Türkiye shipments use Yurtiçi Kargo; international shipments use its or another destination logistics partner. Cost and estimate appear before payment. Tracking is sent by email or the order communication channel.
Customs
Unless expressly included, the recipient pays import VAT, customs duty, clearance and local charges. Confirmed IOSS VAT is shown separately. The declared description is ‘musical instrument accessory’ and the stated HS code is 920992, subject to carrier confirmation.
Loss, damage and delay
Where GfY's disclosed carrier is used, GfY bears loss and damage risk until delivery and sends a replacement at no charge for covered loss or transport damage. This does not limit statutory remedies. Force majeure, wrong address and failure to complete customs are assessed separately.
