Bespoke products
Every GfY shoulder rest, chin rest and Artist Edition item is made to the customer's measurements, photographs, video, instrument setup and playing needs. Minor natural material or handcraft variations that do not affect function may occur.
Production start
Production starts only when payment and the complete fitting set—one video, five photographs and requested measurements—have both arrived. The bespoke-goods withdrawal exception may then apply, without limiting mandatory defective-goods rights.
Commercial fit support
For the original adult user, GfY offers consultation during the product's service life and one complimentary fit intervention, either a revision or a replacement design at GfY's technical discretion. No third complimentary production is promised. For growing children, support lasts while the measurements used for production remain materially unchanged.
The customer pays shipping and customs for voluntary fit support. User modification or physical damage is excluded, although discounted work may be offered.

Ergonomic and use information on the website is not medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Consult a qualified professional for pain, injury or medical concerns and do not upload medical records in the order note.
Intellectual property
Rights in the GfY name, designs, text, photography, drawings and interface belong to GfY or the relevant rights holder. They may not be reproduced commercially or used misleadingly without written permission.

Instagram, payment and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. GfY does not control their independent content or availability.
